Yes, we provide free domains in the form of mydomain.wfolio.pro. After your registration, there is already a free domain automatically connected to your site or drive.
After you change your address from one .wfolio.pro domain to another .wfolio.pro domain, the old address of your website or drive does not stay connected to your account. It means that all links with the old domain address will stop working, and you will need to send the new ones to your clients.
If you want the old links to work, you need to register a domain through us, following these instructions 📖 New domain registration, or to connect an already registered domain 📖 Connecting an existing domain. In this case, the old .wfolio.pro address stays linked to your account, and there is a redirection from the old links to the new ones.
What should I do if I have already registered a domain? How can I connect it to my website?

Can I connect two domains to one website? Can I set up a redirection from one domain to another?
No, you can connect only one domain (or subdomain) per one website/drive. But there can be a redirection from one domain to another. It will stay active until the period of registration for your first domain ends.
If you registered and paid a domain through our platform, there will be an automated redirection from your old address to the new one after changing a domain.
If you connected a domain from another domain registrar, it is possible to set up a redirection to a new domain. Write to our support, and we will help you.
Can I connect two websites to one domain?
No, you cannot do that. But you can connect a subdomain to your website or drive by following our instructions 📖 How to connect a subdomain.
How to connect a subdomainDo you provide SSL certificates?
Yes, certificates are generated automatically for all Wfolio websites or drive for free. They will be connected within 24 hours from the moment the domain is connected.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
No. Hosting and SSL security certificate are already included in the price of the website or drive.
My domain registrar asks to activate the SSL certificate service. Do I need to agree?
No need. We provide an SSL certificate for free. This may be a temporarily free service on your domain registrar website. Therefore, we advise you to disable all additional services from the registrar.
I just connected my domain, I received a message that the domain is connected, but I can't open the website.
The domain and SSL certificate must be connected to your website or drive during 2 days. Please wait.
It has been more than 2 days since the domain was connected. But I can't open the website or business card.
