If you need to separate menu items, then you can use the drop-down menu as a separator.
How to do that step-by-step:
Enter the symbol that will serve as a separator in the "Title" field. For example, "—". Make sure that the "Display in the site menu" switch is enabled. Then click on the "Add" button.
Move the drop-down menu to the place where you want to see the separator. Drag the menu item down or up.
As a result, you get a non-clickable indent in the menu that separates the menu items.
