Can I turn off notifications?
No, notifications cannot be disabled. But you can set up automatic processing of messages in your mailbox and delete them, or better, archive them.
What is the maximum project storage time?
You can choose a retention period, as well as make it indefinite.
What happens to the project after it is deleted?
The project is sent to the archive. The project is archived for 7 days, during which time you can restore it. After 7 days, the project cannot be restored.
If the project is deleted from the archive, is there really no way to restore it?
Unfortunately, the shooting cannot be returned. Since it will also be deleted from our databases.
Where can I upload my own watermark?
Preview of the PNG image is not displayed in the project. Why?
Previews of PNG images with the size more than 5 MB are not displayed on drive. Downsize the image or upload images in JPG format. For compression, you can use the website https://tinypng.com/
I upload photos from my iPhone and the quality of my photos is getting worse. What to do?
