How long is the trial period and how to pay for services

Trial period

The trial period is provided for 8 days. During this time, you can try out all the functions of the platform without restrictions.

After the end of the trial period, access to the control panel is blocked. You can pay for the plan or start the trial period over. You have 30 days to make a decision to pay for the website and 7 days to pay for the drive.

Payment and auto-payment

You can pay for the website in the control panel in the Settings → Plan payment section. There are two payment options: once a year or once a month.

After paying for the plan or domain by the button «Pay by card» auto-renewal will be activated. It can be disabled manually on the payment page Settings → Plan.

If the drive was paid at least once, then after the end of the paid period, the drive is blocked. Content is not deleted for 7 days. After this period, all content is permanently deleted.

The domain is paid for and extended separately from the tariff plan.

Payment period extension

If by the end of the paid period you are temporary unable to pay for further use of the platform, contact our Support Team and we will extend the payment period, the funds for which will be debited from the next payment.

Refund

Refunds are possible within 14 days after payment. For a refund, please contact the support chat in the control panel.
