How do I expand a drive to unlimited space?

You can do it on the «Plan» section. Click on the «Change Plan» button and select a tariff with unlimited drive.

How to disable unlimited drive?

You can do it on the «Plan» section. Click on the «Change Plan» button and select a tariff without unlimited drive.

Remember that you can disable an unlimited drive only when your drive capacity does not exceed 100 GB. If you have more than 100 GB per drive, then clear the drive to less than 100 GB.

I have a 35% discount. Why doesn't the amount decrease when I pay for the month?

The discount applies only for the first annual payment for the plan.

I paid for the domain. Why I can still see the information that I need to pay on the control panel?

You have one payment for the domain and one payment for the plan.

Why was the price for the website lower last year?

There is a 35% discount on the first annual payment. There is no discount on payment in subsequent years. But you can use bonuses for invited friends, you can read more in the article 📖How to invite a friend.

How can I disable auto-renewal?

You can do it on the «Plan» section by clicking the «Renewal enabled» button.

I have a promo code for discount, I don't understand where to enter it?

No, the promo code can be applied just for the first annual payment.

If I pay for a month, will the discount remain for a year?
