How to get file names for Lightroom and Capture One

Copy the list to Lightroom

You can copy the file list and paste it into Lightroom to edit your favorite photos.

How to copy a list to Lightroom:

• Go to the Favorites section in your project on the drive. Next to the list that you need, click on the ellipsis and select Lightroom & Capture One.

• Click on the Copy button in the opened window.

• Or copy the file lists from all selection.

• Open Adobe Lightroom Classic, import all the photos from the series. Click on the Text button, so the text input field will be opened on the right.

In the search settings, select File name in the first drop-down list, and Contains in the second one. Then paste the copied list of files into the search bar on the right.

Copy the list to Capture One

You can copy the file list and paste it into Capture One to edit your favorite photos.

How to copy a list to Capture One:

• Go to the Favorites section in your project on the drive. Next to the list that you need, click on the ellipsis and select Lightroom & Capture One.

• Click on the Copy button in the opened window.

Or copy the file lists from all selection.

Open Capture One, import all the photos from the series. Click on the search icon and paste the copied favorites list into the search bar.
