File requirements

Uploading photos and videos

Upload photos to the drive in the following formats:

✔ JPEG. ✔ PNG up to 10 MB. ✔ With the sRGB color profile. This is important for correct display of photos after uploading.

To upload videos, use files in the following formats:

✔ MP4. ✔ MOV. ✔ With h.264 or AVC codec.

Video playback

The gallery cover video always plays without sound.

Any video up to 100 MB can be opened and viewed directly in the gallery. You can also enable autoplay for such videos — they will automatically play without sound while browsing the gallery. When clicked, the video opens in fullscreen mode, where it can be watched with sound.

Videos larger than 100 MB are displayed with static covers. To view them, they must be downloaded to the device.

Uploading files

You can upload files of any format. The maximum file size is 25 GB. After uploading, the file's icon and format will be displayed.

To view files, they must be downloaded to a device.

File link

For all photos, videos, and files up to 100 MB, a download link is generated. If someone follows the link, the file will automatically be downloaded to their device.

You can add this kind of link to a post-purchase action to deliver materials (for example, a PDF file) to clients.

Storage space for videos and files

On plans with unlimited storage, 240 GB Drive, and 1000 GB Drive, 120 GB is allocated for videos and other non-JPEG/PNG file formats.
