# Add files for downloading

You can add a downloadable file to the site, for example, a guide, price list, certificate, archive, manual, and so on. The file can be in any format, as long as its size does not exceed 300 MB.

How to do it step by step:

#### 1. Upload the file on the cloud drive

* Create a new project on the **Drive** and upload the file for downloading.
* Click on the **Copy link** icon.

* Select a block with a button.
* Go to the button settings.

#### 3. Place a link to your file on the button

A link can be placed in two ways:

1. To download by clicking on the button. The download will start after the button is clicked.
2. To download after filling out the form. The download will start after a visitor fills out the form on the site. This option is useful for gathering visitors' contacts.

Let’s look at each option.
