# Access code for login

Logging into your account requires an **access code**, which is sent to your email. The code remains valid for 30 minutes.

You can change your email (login) in the account settings.

#### Frequently Asked Questions

* **Why was the password removed?**\
  Previously, logging in with a password still required an additional access code as a mandatory security measure. Now, the process is simpler: the code remains, but the password is no longer needed.
* **What if I don't receive the code?**
  * Check your **Spam** and **Promotions** folders.
  * Ensure there is **enough storage space** in your email account or on your device for new messages.
* **Can I disable the access code?**\
  No, the access code is a mandatory security feature.
* **Do I need to enter the code every time I log in?**\
  No, as long as you don’t manually log out by clicking Log out, you won't need to enter the code again.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.wfolio.pro/getting-started/en/general/login.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
