# Как исправить кодировку в CSV

Иногда файл CSV открывается со странными символами вместо нужных данных. Это может произойти, если вы используете старую версию Excel — в этом случае лучше установить новую версию программы.​На примере версии Excel Office 2016 покажем, как открыть файл с данными без обновления Excel.

* Перейдите во вкладку **«Данные»**.
* Выберите **«Из текстового/CSV-файла»**.

* Откроется окно загрузки. Выберите нужный CSV-файл и загрузите его в программу.
* Определится источник файла — это должен быть Юникод (UTF-8).
* Выберите разделитель **«Запятая»**.
* Нажмите **«Загрузить»**.
